The post also included visuals of a train arriving at the platform and a photo of her seated inside the coach, smiling during the ride.
Along with the video and images, she shared her thoughts in the caption, writing, “Tried the Delhi Metro for the first time this weekend! Fast, clean & super-efficient. A fantastic way to get around Delhi. Should have done this sooner! Will definitely use it again.”
Her post quickly gained attention online, with many users—especially Indians—expressing pride that a senior diplomat chose to travel via public transport.
