Tawa Fry Chicken

Ingredients
1 Kg chicken boneless
1 tablespoon ginger paste
1 tablespoon garlic paste
4 green chillies crushed to a paste
1 onion made in a paste
1 tea spoon red chilli powder
1 tea spoon garam masala
1 tea spoon turmeric powder
1 tea spoon chicken masala powder
2 tablespoon tomato puree
1/2 cup beaten curd
Salt to taste
Chopped coriander leaves

Method
In a bowl add ginger, garlic and green chilli paste. Add curd to this and mix it thoroughly. Cut chicken into bite size pieces and add to the above mix and put it in a refrigerator allowing it to be marinated for at least 2-3 hours.
Add cooking oil to a wok and add the onion paste cooking it till it is golden brown in colour. Add all the powder masalas and salt followed by tomato puree. Stir this while cooking until the oil leaves the masala.
Add the marinated chicken along with the marinade into the wok. Sprinkle a little water if the chicken tends to stick or the mix is too dry. Cook with occasional stirring till the chicken is tender and fully cooked and coated with the masala.
Serve hot garnished with fresh finely chopped coriander leaves.
