Creamy mushrooms

What you'll need
• 500g- Mushrooms sliced
• 1big-Onion crushed into a paste
• 1big-Tomato - pureed
• ½ tsp- Garlic paste
• ½ tsp- Ginger paste
• 3 tbsp- Curd
• 1 tbsp- Cashew nuts (to be ground into a paste)
• ½ tsp- Deggi mirch or chili powder
• ½ tsp- Turmeric powder
• ½ tsp- Garam masala
• 100ml- Cream
• 3 tbsp- Butter
• 1tsp- Salt or according to your taste
How to cook:
• Wash and slice the mushrooms.
• Make a paste of onion in the food processor.
• Heat butter in the wok, fry onion paste until it’s light brown. Then add garlic paste and saute over moderate heat before adding the ginger paste, deggi mirch, garam masala, turmeric powder and salt. Mix well and keep it for a minute on a low heat.
• Beat curd and add it to the above cooked onion masala, mix tomato puree, cashew nut paste and cook until soft.
• Add mushrooms and cook for 3 minutes.
• Serve hot with naan bread.
