Kadhai paneer

INGREDIENTS
600g- paneer (cut into 2” cubes)
1- capsicum (cut into 2” bites)
5- whole red chillies
21/2tsp- coriander seeds
4tsp- garlic paste
4tsp- ginger grated
4- green chillies chopped
6- tomatoes (large and chopped)
1tsp- garam masala
1tbsp-- fenugreek seeds (kasoori methi)
3tbsp- oil or ghee
Salt according to taste
METHOD
Pound whole red chillies and coriander seeds with a pestle or coarse grind them.
Heat oil in a wok or pan add coarsely grounded coriander and red chillies.
Add garlic, stir. Add green chillies, capsicum, grated ginger stir, add tomatoes.
Keep stirring until the oil leaves the masala (that will take 30- 40 seconds).
Add fenugreek seeds, garam masala, salt and stir.
Add paneer cubes and stir gently for 2-3 minutes.
Serve hot with naan bread.
