Garlic baby potatoes

Ingredients:
250g-baby potatoes, boiled. If baby potatoes are not available, please use normal potatoes cut them in chunks.
For the masala paste:
1-green chilli ground to paste
2-red chilli dried ground to paste
3-garlic flakes ground to paste
oil for frying
For the sauce:
30ml- soya sauce
15ml-vinegar
15ml-oil
30ml- Tomato ketchup
Method:
Prick the boiled potatoes with a fork and keep them aside.
For the sauce, mix all the ingredients in a bowl and then mix potatoes in it. Marinate the potatoes for about an hour stirring occasionally ensuring that all the potatoes get coated evenly.
For the masala paste, heat oil in a pan and saute green chilli paste, red chilli paste and then garlic paste while putting a few spoons of water in it. Then add the marinated potatoes in the pan. Cook until the moisture is dried.
Serve with chopped coriander on it.
