Property enhancement seminar offers tips

We often come across property owners who want to renovate their property at some point or look at subdividing or adding another house (if it’s a big section).
However, with everyone busy with their own work schedule, very few clearly understand the design and building process. Some of them, who have the experience of doing so, do not recall very pleasant experiences. If you are in a similar situation, this seminar is for you.
The first “Property Enhancement” seminar was conducted for the general public (property owners or would-be owners) last month.
This was an opportunity for all the attendees to share an evening with two of the pioneers of the Property Enhancement Programme and discover the fastest way to utilise the non-revenue earning part of one’s section and generate income.
It has been an overwhelming response and we were forced to stop registration when the venue reached its capacity. However we are doing another seminar on 27 June 2011, Monday for all those who could not make it.
This time we have lots of extra information and giveaways for all the attendees. There will be a lucky draw after the seminar and 2 attendees will walk away with amazing prizes. We have also organised a FREE dinner (vegetarian) dinner for everyone who attend.
We shall discuss a few tips on how to select the right people and avoid costly mistakes. The ways and means of financing your project will also be discussed.
We have the next seminar on 27 June 2011 (Monday evening) at 6pm at the Scout Hall, below the Blockhouse Bay Community Centre, 524 Blockhouse Bay Rd specifically for property owners and I thought you may want to come along. You might also know someone from your client/member database that could benefit from this seminar and pass this onto them.
The cost to attend the seminar is $89.95 but as a special offer to you and to anyone you pass this to, we shall offer this seminar FREE of cost if you register before the 17 June 2011.
If anyone refers someone for the seminar and they sign up with us for doing a project, they should notify us, we shall offer a $250 voucher, or $250 as a cold hard cheque to say thanks. Now there is one caveat, and it's simply that they must sign up with us for getting a concept design and a building consent.
