Dainik Jagran reports that the Gujarati supernatural thriller Vash Level 2 is showing strong performance at the Indian box office.
Starring Janaki Bodiwala in the lead role, along with Hitu Kanodia, Monal Gajjar, and Hiten Kumar, the film has impressed audiences with its chilling storyline and gripping execution.
After a promising weekend, the movie has managed to sustain steady numbers despite the usual weekday slowdown. Viewers have especially praised Janaki Bodiwala’s intense and emotionally powerful performance, calling it one of the highlights of the film.
Fans of the first Vash had high expectations, and the sequel has delivered with stronger scares and a compelling narrative.
According to Sacnilk (via Dainik Jagran), the film opened at Rs 1.15 crore on Day 1.Collections dipped slightly on Day 2 and Day 3 with Rs 80 lakh each, but the business picked up over the weekend.
Day 4 (Saturday) brought in Rs 1.50 crore, followed by an impressive Rs 1.75 crore on Day 5 (Sunday). This boosted the extended opening weekend total to Rs 6 crore.
On Day 6 (Monday), early estimates suggest the film earned another Rs 60 lakh, marking around a 25% drop from Thursday. With this, the six-day total now stands at Rs 6.60 crore net in India.
Analysts believe the film’s long-term success will depend on how well it sustains on weekdays.

Adding to its success, Vash Level 2 has already secured its OTT release. As per Filmibeat (cited by Dainik Jagran), the film’s digital streaming rights have been sold to Shemaroo. Once its theatrical run ends, audiences will be able to watch the movie on Shemaroo’s OTT platform.
