New Associate Immigration Minister steps in to defer deportation of an intellectually disabled man

New Associate Immigration Minister Kris Faafoi had stepped in to defer the deportation order served on an intellectually disabled man of Fiji-Indian dissent.

Sagar arrived in New Zealand in 2009 on a temporary visa and had remained on temporary visas till 2016 when the family decided to lodge a permanent visa application.
