Saibaba rites a New Zealand first

Shirdi Saibaba Temple of NZ Inc. has done “Sachal Pran Pratishta” for our Sadguru Shri Shirdi Saibaba Murthi for the first time in New Zealand, at Thiru Subramaniyam Temple, 41A, Stanhope Rd, Ellerslie, Auckland.

This has been the dream of thousands of Sai devotees in New Zealand, for the past 10 years and Shirdi Saibaba Temple of NZ, made this dream come true on March 24. This holy event will be written with golden letters and will be remembered by all our future generations forever.

This holy and once-in-a-life time pooja started at 5.30pm and went on for three hours.

The complete Sachal Pran Pratishta of Baba murthi was done with Vedic procedures and was performed by temple priest Acharya Ajay Tiwari. This holy pooja was followed by Baba’s Shej Aarthi and maha Prasad was served to all the devotees. Temple was full of devotees who participated in the whole event and had Baba’s blessings.

Baba and His holy paadukas are available, in the temple, 7-days a week for darshan. Lord Srinivasa (Tirupathi Balaji), Padmavathi and Alivelumanga statues are also kept in the temple.

Temple timings are Monday – Friday: 7pm to 8pm. Saturday & Sunday: 10.30am to 1pm & 7pm to 8.30pm.

Shirdi Saibaba Temple is performing the following programme, in the temple every week:
Thursday:
7.30pm - Bhajans, 8.00pm – Shej Aarthi, followed by Prasad.
Friday: 7.30pm – Abhishekam for Baba & Lord Srinivasa (Balaji), 8.00pm - Shej Aarthi, followed by Prasad.
Shirdi Saibaba Temple is celebrating Sita Ram Vivahotsav, on 10th April, Sunday, at Mahatma Gandhi Centre, 145, New North Rd, Eden Terrace. All are welcome to attend this celebration.
