Meditation courses for young people

Auckland: Anapana courses are being offered for 8 to 18 year olds at the Vipassana Meditation Centre near Kaukapakapa, about 45 minutes drive from Auckland.

The courses are designed for children (8-11 years of age) and teenagers (12-18). The children’s course is being held on March 12 and the teenagers’ course on March 13.
