Harbhajan Mann leaves Aucklanders asking for more

Famous Punjabi singer Harbhajan Mann’s concert in Auckland was a huge success.
The high on energy evening took place on September 9 (Friday) at the Vodafone Events Centre in Manukau.
The 56-year-old, who is known for famous songs such as Oye Hoye, Nach Le Gaa Le, Lae Maaye, Haaye Meri Billo and Hor Di Toon Doli Charh Gayi, among others, performed in Auckland as a part of The Marvellous Tour.
Mann's mesmerising performance left the audience craving for more.
Starting with an ode to the Almighty, Mann, who was dressed in black ethnic Punjabi attire, performed his famous numbers such as Jag Jeondeyan De Mele, Kurti Lal, Tin Rang Nahi Labne Biba and Gallan Goriyan among others.
Another highlight of the evening was Mann paying tribute to famous Punjabi singer Sidhu Moose Wala, who was assassinated on May 29 in Mansa. Calling him chota bacha (small child) and global singing superstar, a visibly emotional Mann dedicated his song Manna Mar Jana Piche Yaadan Reh Janiyan to the late singer.
Sharing his excitement about performing in Aotearoa, Mann said, “This was so far the best audience I have experienced throughout my Marvellous Tour in Australia and New Zealand. I love performing in NZ, and whenever I perform here, I wish to stay longer in NZ because of the immense love the NZ audience shower on me. With each visit, my love for NZ grows more and more. I can't thank the Auckland audience enough for such an unforgettable and amazing response to my show.”
The event was organised by JK Star Productions, and Indian Weekender was the media partner.
Sharing his excitement about the overwhelming response to the show, Karam Hundal of JK Star Productions said, "It was a sold-out event, and it was amazing to see every audience member enjoying it to the fullest. Everyone was seen completely smitten by Mr Mann's high energy."

One of the audience members Gurpreet Sharma, said, “The event was much more entertaining than I thought. It was awesome to be part of such shows in Auckland. Mr Mann’s energy was truly incredible.”
Another audience member, Nidhi, couldn't contain her excitement and said, "What an amazing musical evening. Harbhajan Mann got everyone on their toes. I loved it."
