The little kids in Zee TV's singing reality show "Hero Honda Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Li'l Champs" have found a fan in megastar Amitabh Bachchan.
The actor is an avid viewer of all seasons on the show and this time he tweets at the confidence the young singers possess. Bachchan is going gaga and is showering praises on Li’l Champs on Twitter.com, a social networking site.
He recently tweeted, “Saw portions of 'Sa re Ga Ma' Li'l Champs on Zee . . . what talent, what singing incredible. Moved to tears by some of the performers.”
He added: “What a great job the channel does in encouraging these little ones . . . they are just so so unbelievable. No words to express joy. Absolutely stupendous. Raw fresh unknown, but determined to do well ... from small town India ... without any kind of inhibition or self consciousness ... firm, strong, determined and confident.
"The innocence of their age reflecting in every little glance of theirs, the effortless singing in their performance and then the apprehensive shy expressions after they are done with it and wait apprehensively for the judges to pass their verdict on them... such a delight. Now a regular feature for us, Jaya and I. Ah.
“Still cannot get over those incredible moments,” he ends. Hosted by actor Jay Soni, the show has singers Adnan Sami, Kailash Kher and Javed Ali as judges.
