One weekend, one ticket, two shows

You often hear of local musical shows being held mostly in Auckland and around the country.

But here’s a show with a difference – this show is so big that it has been spread over two days – a whole weekend of entertainment in the evenings.

And one ticket will get you entry to both shows – Sargam School of Indian Music’s Musical Extravaganza – will be held in Auckland on Saturday July 16th and Sunday 17th.

The show also doubles up for the launch of the first ever album on Indian classical and folk music by New Zealand musicians – Prof SD Madhur and Basant Madhur.

The show will feature the Madhurs’ tabla guru, the late Sri Pawan Kumar Verma’s talented and acclaimed sons Swarit and Avirbhav Verma.
