Hall of Fame 2014

Following on the grand success of the inaugural Kiwi Indian Hall of fame, the auspicious event is set to grace Auckland again.
The second Hall of Fame will be held in Auckland in May with as much grandeur as the first event where the recipient of the honour was local MP Kanwaljit Singh Bakshi.
Event organizers say that, as promised, an independent judging panel has been set up to co-ordinate the event which has left an indelible mark in the hearts of the local community.
Prime Minister John Key was chief guest at last year’s function, which was attended by scores of dignitaries and guests totaling more than 200.
The Hall of fame is designed to honour members of the local Indian community who have made significant achievements in New Zealand, and as such have contributed positively towards the progress of this nation.
Nominations will soon be invited from members of the community for who they think should be the next recipient of the annual honour.
