Mumbai: Bollywood superstar Amitabh Bachchan has been presented ‘Taj Enlighten Tareef Award’ for his contribution to world cinema by Brooke Bond Taj Mahal, India’s premium tea blend.
The award was presented in association with the Enlighten Film Society.
Earlier in February, the Taj Enlighten Film Society launched “The Amitabh Bachchan Retrospective”, a festival showcasing Bachchan’s films, across the decades.
The films that were part of the festival were The Last Lear, Agneepath, Deewaar and Paa, which were screened every Sunday at 10am at Cinemax, Versova and Metro Big Cinemas.
