Mumbai, Aug 13: Salman Khan has always supported fresh talent. The bratty star is known for grooming and guiding many debutants.
In a recent interview, Salman said that according to him the next big kid on the block is ace comedy director David Dhawan’s son Varun Dhawan.
Salman also mentioned that the promo of Varun’s debut film, Student Of The Year, looks refreshing and that all the three leads including Siddharth Malhotra and Alia Bhatt are promising faces.
He said he watched the promo of the film and loved the energy of the high spirited youngsters. He has been enthusiastically recommending the promo of the film as a ‘must watch’ for everyone.
Incidentally, the film is produced by Salman's friend-turned-foe Shah Rukh Khan’s Red Chilies Entertainment and Dharma Productions and directed by Karan Johar. Student Of The Year is slated for release on October 19.
