Kochi: Popular Malayalam actor Sarayu Mohan visited a two-day Painters' Workshop, organized by Magma Fincorp Limited, in Kochi on Wednesday.
To promote and encourage art and upcoming talented artistes of Kerala, Magma Fincorp Limited, one of India’s leading retail asset finance companies is holding a two day Painters’ Workshop in the city. The first such Painting Workshop outside Kolkata was arranged by Magma in Kochi in the last year.
The Magma Painters’ Workshop, which began on Wednesday, has 10 promising city artistes colouring the canvases with great enthusiasm.
The event was graced by Sarayu Mohan. The Chief Guest at the workshop was illustrious painter T Kaladharan, Secretary, Kerala Kalapeetom.
“During the course of the next few months, we would be having Painting Workshops in Chandigarh, Bhubaneswar & Pune, apart from Kolkata,” said Kaushik Sinha, Associate Vice President, Communications & Administration, Magma Fincorp Limited.
The upcoming talents of the city who are participating in this workshop are - Abraham Alex, Anoop S Kalarikal, Anoop Kumar VS, Soumya Thomas, Laasya TR, Sriju Radhakrishnan, Dileep KU, Sajo Joseph, Amal Francis E & Prasanth TS.
