Hosted by Chinmaya Mission New Zealand, this carnival is gearing up to be an absolute blast for kids and families alike! The venue for the Carnival is the YMCA Lynfield on Griffin Park Road, Mount Roskill. From 10:00 am to 1:00 pm.
Chinmaya Mission New Zealand (CMNZ) is a registered charitable organisation with the Companies Office since 2002. It caters to every age group in society, from 5 years and above, to promote the benefits of culture with the local community.
With an aim to take the message of Hindu scriptures, it wants to transform society, connecting families in New Zealand to the Indian roots of Hindu culture, says Rahul Chopra, the Executive Committee member of CMNZ. This is the fourth year CMNZ is organising the Carnival, with an expected footfall of about 500 people, Chopra added.
What's in store, you ask?
Step right up and bounce your heart out on the gigantic bouncy castle. Strike a pose and capture memories that will last a lifetime at the fabulous photo booth. Transform into a magical creature or a superhero with the coolest face-painting designs in town. And that's not all – get ready to test your skills and win awesome prizes at the exciting games scattered throughout the carnival!
But wait, there's more! Prepare your taste buds for a culinary adventure with mouthwatering treats from the food stalls. And for all you budding artists out there, unleash your creativity at the art stations and create masterpieces that will make Picasso jealous!
