Bank launches Hindi service

The ASB Bank has launched its Hindi online service as part of its Migrant Banking Division.


And the service is headed by Dev Dhingra, business development executive, who is a well know in the Auckland Indian community for his volunteer work with many local projects.


The Migrant Banking Division, which has been established for over 16 years and is one of the largest migrant banking teams in any New Zealand bank.


The bank has a helpful, multi-lingual team experienced in dealing with the unique financial needs of new migrants.


An ASB spokesman said “in addition to helping you with all of your banking needs, we can also organise a comprehensive settlement interview, which includes helpful information on non-banking matters useful to new migrants”.


For online Hindi service, go to the ASB home page www.asb.co.nz and select the Hindi service, which is listed along other vernacular services including, Maori, Tongan, Samoan, Chinese, Japanese and Korean.
