After having set your goals or written down your wish list it is important to visualize that each of your wishes or your dreams have already come true. For example if you had wished for a dream house, in this step you actually visualize yourself walking around the house, smelling the luxurious furniture and hearing the peace and tranquility of the location or sitting in the balcony watching a sunset. It is important that this visualization become a strong experience, its important to think about it with your entire being, to imagine that you are there and feel the feelings you would feel when your dreams come true.
