Auckland's Queen St is closed in both directions between Mayoral Dr and Karangahape Rd because of a fire.
Emergency services are on the scene.
Su Yin Khoo, an Aucklander present in the CBD region uploaded a picture on Twitter of smoke billowing in the background stating "Smoke on upper Queen Street".
