Bhartiya Samaj Charitable Trust is a not for profit organisation. It has been serving the South Asian communities since 1995.
Our mission is to help and support the migrants who are settled here and also those who have recently migrated to New Zealand, by means of various community development and awareness activities.
Our primary objective is to ensure that people of the community are benefited by various activities and programs undertaken by us on a regular basis. We also ensure to foster friendly relations among the community members, by catering to their social, cultural and emotional needs through our regular programs and activities.
As the Chairperson of the Bhartiya Samaj, through this statement I express that Bhartiya Samaj Charitable Trust is a non-political organisation and do not advocate for any political party.
In my role as the Chairman of Bhartiya Samaj Charitable Trust, I am invited to, and therefore attend, a number of meetings, conferences, social gatherings, cultural programmes, and other events. I am present at these events in my official or personal capacity as a member of the community.
