The latest Herald-DigiPoll survey shows that New Zealand First is on the rise and assured of making it to the Parliament in bigger numbers. New Zealand First is on 8.1 per cent, up by two points since the last polls. This percentage will bring in at least in 10 MPs.
The high ranking of Bindra gives him a bright chance of getting a seat in the Parliament and that will mean another representative of the Kiwi-Indian community in the Parliament. He is representing the Indian-ethnic community, discarding the notion that NZ First party is only for “Old White New Zealanders”.
