The 12th Auckland Diwali Festival takes place on the weekend of October 19 and 20 at Aotea Square and Queen St.
Highlights of the festival include delicious food stalls showcasing authentic Indian vegetarian cuisine, traditional and contemporary dance and music, the hotly contested Radio Tarana Bollywood competition, craft stalls and the Diwali Fireworks display, presented by Barfoot and Thompson.
