Jungle jive with Auckland Libraries this July

Libraries across Auckland have a range of fun and free jungle-themed school holiday activities running between 13 July and 28 July.
“Our school holiday programmes are designed to bring books to life and encourage a lifetime love of reading amongst children and young people,” says Anne Dickson, Auckland Libraries Adviser, Youth Service Development.
“This July, we’ve got a great range of activities planned. There’s something to appeal to everyone, from African drumming to a jungle-themed obstacle course.”

Book launch: The Quiet Pirate, by Stephanie Thatcher - come dressed as a pirate. Takapuna Library, The Strand, Takapuna, on Friday 26 July at 3.00pm.
