Mata Amritanandamayi Satsang Group is celebrating Amma's Birth month with 'Amma's Foodlink Drive'.
The project is being organised in collaboration with Auckland City Mission and makes a humble request to each one to donate a 'Can' of food items or as much as they can. The donations will be made to Auckland city Mission’s food bank to be used for emergencies.
There are two collection points --- Khyber Spice Invaders, 810 Manukau Road, Royal Oak and Yogijis Food Mart, 26 Carr Road, Mount Roskill. The list of items that can be donated will be placed at these collection points.
Please make sure that expiry dates are checked on all products. Donations can be made till September 26. All donations will be picked up from the collection points by Auckland City Mission on Amma's Birthday – Sept 27, 2012.
