Bhakti yoga guru delivers discourse

Sometime in June 2011, Amma in Her infinite compassion decided to send her emissary to New Zealand to give solace to Her children.
Accordingly, Brahamchari Shraddhamrita ji landed in Auckland on August 26 for a two-week programme that was held in Auckland and Wellington.
Br Shraddhamrita ji’s programme in Auckland was spread over 10 days. It comprised of giving a discourse on Bhakti Yoga: The Path of Devotion from the 12th chapter of Bhagavad Gita, conducting a Devi Manas Puja for Health, Prosperity and World Peace as well as an IAM workshop.
In Wellington Br Shraddhamrita ji spoke on Bhakti Yoga at the Kurinchi Kumaran temple.
In between, Br ji also made many house visits as per the request of various devotees.
Br Shraddhamrita ji’s talk on Bhakti Yoga in Auckland was spread over six days. The Talks were held at Balmoral Bharatiya Mandir, for the first four days and at Mt Roskill Cricket club on the other days.
The talks were well attended and everyone listened attentively to the divine message. The Talks were delivered in an incredibly interesting and systemic manner interspersed with anecdotes and examples from day to day life, which made them easier to understand and follow.
Mt Roskill Cricket Club was also the host to the Devi Manas Puja. The puja was performed over two hours where Br ji invoked Devi and performed special prayers with specific Mudras and mantras. This was followed by Bhajans and prasadam.
The Puja was well attended and there were people who came from as far as Wanganui to specially attend the puja.
The Last day of the Program was the IAM Workshop. It was the shortened version of IAM, also referred to as the Corporate IAM and takes about 4 hours. It was a wonderful experience and many people took advantage of this workshop including some coming especially form Tauranga to attend this workshop.
Br Shraddhamrita ji also spoke of the benefits of meditation and how IAM is fast catching up in popularity in India and all over the world.
All good things come to an end and the two week trip of Br Shraddhamrita ji to New Zealand too came to a close. We bid him adieu to Perth, Australia and hope he will be back soon with more spiritual teachings for us all.
