Police have informed that a third man has been arrested today as part of the investigation into the tragic death of Janak Patel in Sandringham on 23 November.
An Auckland District Court hearing is scheduled for Monday, 28 November for the 36-year-old man charged with robbery.
A vehicle that was being sought in connection with the homicide investigation was also located and seized by police.
Police are still searching for the knife used, the drawer from the till that was stolen, and the clothing worn by the alleged murderer.
