188 community cases of Covid-19 in New Zealand today; 20 fewer than yesterday

There are 188 new community cases of Covid-19, the Ministry of Health announced, 20 fewer than yesterday.
There are also 27 cases in MIQ.
Of today's new community cases, the location is as follows: Northland (16), Auckland (117), Waikato (15), Tairawhiti (1), Lakes (12), Bay of Plenty (20), Hawke's Bay (1), Mid Central (1), Hutt Valley (2) and Canterbury (3).
A record 243 community cases were reported on Saturday, the highest one-day number since November. Yesterday the numbers dropped slightly to 208.
Around half of all eligible people have now received their booster jab - with a record number administered on Friday.
There were 48,947 booster doses administered yesterday, taking the total to date to 1.5 million.
