Salman Khan was spotted arriving at Shah Rukh Khan's bungalow, Mannat, in Bandstand, Mumbai, on Sunday, October 3. The Narcotics Control Bureau had earlier arrested SRK's son Aryan Khan after the drug bust on Cordelia Cruises' Empress ship. Apart from Aryan, Arbaaz Seth Merchantt and Munmun Dhamecha were also placed under arrest. All the three accused in the drug bust case have been remanded to NCB custody till October 4.
After a long round of questioning, Aryan Khan was arrested earlier today by the NCB. Aryan was booked under Sections 8(c), 20(b), 27 and 35 of the NDPS Act.
Apart from Aryan Khan, Arbaaz Seth Merchantt and Munmun Dhamecha have also been arrested by the NCB. They were arrested on Sunday at 2 pm for involvement in consumption, selling and purchasing of contraband. The accused have been arrested in connection with the seizure of 13 grams of cocaine, 5 grams of MD, 21 grams of charas, 22 pills of MDMA (ecstasy) and 1.33 lakhs in cash. While Aryan Khan was booked for consumption of drugs, Arbaaz and Munmun were arrested for possession.
Aryan Khan and 2 others were granted one-day NCB custody. All the three accused in the drug bust case have been remanded to NCB custody till Monday, October 4. Satish Maneshinde, who represented Aryan Khan, said, "I am filing a bail application for my client, Aryan Khan. I can file it anytime." Maneshinde will file the bail application on Monday, October 4.
The NCB has said that they won't seek further police custody of Aryan Khan.
