Labour's Kelvin Davis rules himself out as Deputy Prime Minister

Labour MP Kelvin Davis says he has decided not to put his hand up for deputy prime minister.
Labour MPs will shortly be starting their first caucus meeting of the newly re-elected government.
Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern will be announcing her new Cabinet line-up this afternoon in addition to the two already awarded - the Greens co-leaders each taking ministerial portfolios outside of Cabinet.
Ardern said she has been talking to her MPs, in some cases several times, as she put together New Zealand's first majority government under MMP.
She's said the next government will have roughly the same amount of ministers, with a sharp focus on Covid-19.
