Nine new cases, four from overseas and five in community and 15 recoveries

Deputy Director-General of Health Robyn Shearer announced nine new cases in New Zealand reported in the last 24 hours.
The four imported cases three are females in their 30s and 20s who travelled from India on 22 August and one female in her 30s who arrived on 27 August 2020. They are all moved into quarantine facilities.
All five community cases are epidemiological related to the initial Auckland cluster, three from Mt Roskill Evangelical Church and two household contacts of previously reported positive cases.
Ministry of Health has identified 2621 close contacts of the Auckland cluster of who 2505 have been contacted and asked to quarantine themselves or sent into self isolation.
There are 28 close contacts identified of the Tokoroa cases of whom 16 are contacted and sent into self isolation.
128 people linked to the Auckland community cluster have been moved into Auckland Quaranytine Facilities of whom 85 returned a positive test.
There are 11 people in hospital of whom nine are in the ward and 2 in ICU. Two at Auckland City, three at Middlemore (1 ICU), three at North Shore, two at Waikato (1 ICU) and one at Christchurch Hospital.
There has been 15 new recoveries reported in the last 24 hours, which brings the total active cases to 131 of which 24 are imported and rest from the community.
The total confirmed cases in NZ are 1387 as reported to WHO.
MoH yesterday conducted 7219 tests bringing total tests till date to 758,027.
