Monday, May 18 | Zero new Covid-19 cases, recoveries and deaths reported today

There has been no increase in new Covid-19 cases today and for the first time in weeks, there has been not a single recovery reported too. 

Director-General of Health, Dr Ashley Bloomfield announced at the media address earlier today. The total number of confirmed and probable cases in New Zealand remained 1499, of which 1149 is confirmed as reported to WHO.

Total recoveries remained 1433, same as Sunday, May 17, which is 96% of all Covid-19 cases recovered. 

There are two people in the hospital, one in Middlemore and the other in North Shore hospital, none in ICU. NO deaths reported too. 

Police commissioner Andrew Coster reported significantly fewer breaches in Alert Level 2 in the last four days. 

There has been no increase in new Covid-19 cases today and for the first time in weeks, there has been not a single recovery reported too.
