Serial queen Ekta Kapoor is “Most Outstanding Woman Entrepreneur”

Ekta Kapoor, Joint Managing Director, Balaji Telefilms, was conferred the Most Outstanding Woman Entrepreneur award by the Indo-American Society on the occasion of the society’s golden jubilee.
She is the only recipient of the award. Ekta Kapoor was selected amongst 30 high-profile contenders by a panel of judges.
Commenting on the award, Ekta Kapoor said, “It feels great to receive this award from the Indo-American Society and through the hands of His Excellency, the Governor of Maharashtra. Also, to be selected amongst 30 deserving candidates by an admired jury makes this award even special.
