Kolkata: Bollywood bombshell Bipasha Basu has become the face of a new Bengali General Entertainment Channel (GEC), Mahuaa Bangla.
“I am extremely proud to be associated with a happening and diverse channel like Mahuaa Bangla. This is like homecoming for me because Kolkata is where I originally belong to. My roots lie in this city,” said Bips.
“I wish Mahuaa Bangla all the very best for their future endeavours and I’m sure they will change the face of entertainment with their diaspora of unique programmes,” she added.
After successfully launching Mahuaa Bhojpuri, Mahuaa Media Pvt. Ltd. aired its Bengali GEC on July 19.
