A delegation led by Francois Richier, French Envoy to India met with Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi on Tuesday. Richier was accompanied by representatives of 14 companies from France.
The two-hour meeting discussed partnerships between the Gujarat Government and French companies on fields as diverse as urban infrastructural facilities, solid waste and water management, urban transport, defense equipment and solar energy.
Modi expressed his desire for all-round cooperation between France and Gujarat.
