Anardana Chicken

INGREDIENTS

12- Medium size skinless chicken drumsticks.
4tbs- Anardana powder
4tbs- Meat masala
1tsp- Garam masala
1tbs- Cumin powder
2cups- Curd
Red chilli powder and salt according to taste
Onion rings and lemon wedges for garnishing
Oil for cooking

METHOD

Safely prick the skinless chicken drumsticks with fork.
Beat curd and add all the masalas and powders to it to prepare the marinade.
Add pricked chicken drums to this marinade and leave it for 2 hours or more.
Heat oil and add the marinated chicken drumsticks.
Cover and cook the chicken on low heat.
Keep cooking on slow heat until it is cooked and there is no gravy.
Garnish with onion rings and lemon wedges.

Serve Hot
