Chilli Con Carne

What you need:

• A dash of oil
• 500g lean mince (Lamb or Beef )
• 2 onions, peeled and chopped
• 1 Tbsp fresh minced garlic
• 420g can of Mexican style hot beans
• 220g of chopped tomato can
• 1sachet of Chilli Con Corne mix(Maggi)

Method:

Heat oil in a pan
Add onions, garlic and sauté
Add mince and cook.
Add can of tomatoes and cook for 5 minutes
Add beans and Maggi’s CCC sachet and 100 ml water.
Simmer for 8 minutes. Garnish with fresh spring onions and coriander leaves. Serve with rice or any bread.
