The residents of Albert-Eden Puketapapa Local board are being urged to share their feedback on the Auckland Council’s 10-year Budget.
The Auckland Council is currently running consultation till Match 28 and organising several local events to encourage residents to give their feedback.
In this regard, the Albert-Eden and Puketapapa Board are hosting two events on Tuesday, March 20 and Thursday, March 22 respectively.
Auckland Council released the 10-year Budget plan earlier last month on February 28 for a consultation; to focus on building infrastructure and providing more transparency about what ratepayer money will be spent on.
Auckland Mayor Phil Goff had then said, “Our 10-year Budget sets out the critical investment and new funding mechanisms needed to ensure our city can address challenges such as traffic congestion, housing affordability, and protection of our environment.
