The winners were from Auckland, Thames and Hamilton, with tickets sold at Waimauku Minimart and Raines Avenue Foodmarket and Lotto in Auckland, Paper Power Thames in Thames, and online via MyLotto to a Hamilton-based player, as reported by Stuff.

In the Lotto Second Division, nine players each won $23,789. Among them was a Dunedin player who also picked up Powerball Second Division, lifting their total prize to $37,560. That ticket was sold at Pak'n Save Dunedin.

The remaining Second Division wins went to players across the country. Tickets sold via MyLotto were purchased by players in Northland, Tauranga, Palmerston North, Wellington and Christchurch, Stuff has reported.

In-store wins included two Auckland players who bought their tickets at Woolworths Māngere East and Woolworths Manukau City Mall, as well as a winner in Hastings who purchased their ticket at Caltex Karamu Road.
