25-year old man dies in Three Kings

Auckland City Police has now released the name of the man who died in Haughey Ave, Three Kings in the morning of Sunday, August 20.

The man is identified as Reginald Sharma of Avondale.

The police is investigating the death of Mr Sharma, that occurred in the suburb of Three Kings, Auckland.

Police was called around 3 a.m. following reports of a loud party at an address on Haughey Road.

Upon Police arrival, a man was located on the driveway in a critical condition.

Police and ambulance staff attempted to resuscitate the 25-year old man. However, he died at the scene.

Police are in the early stages of their investigation, however, the death is being treated as suspicious, and a scene guard was in place overnight.

A scene examination continued on Sunday morning, and Police spoke to witnesses, as well as notified the man’s family.

“A number of people are still to be spoken to, and we urge anyone who was present last night to come forward,” police has urged the public.

The police still want to speak to anybody who was at the address on the evening and is asking them to come forward.
