Water 1 Ltr
Chicken Stock powder 1 cube
Boiled and shredded chicken 2 Table spoons
Cream style sweet corn 150 gms
Egg 1
Corn flour 1 tsp
Freshly chopped “spring onion” 1 Tbsp
(For Indian version add finely chopped “Dhania”
On Side
Vinegerated Green Chilies
Soy Sauce
Salt and pepper
Method
Bring water to boil in a sauce pan
Add stock cube and sweet corn .Mix well.
Add shredded chicken pieces
Dissolve corn flour in cold water and add to the boiling soup and stir well
Break egg in a bowl,whisk and strain into the sauce pan .
Serve hot after garnishing with spring onion or “Dhania” and serve hot with above mentioned sides...
