INGREDIENTS
1cup- cashew nuts
1/2cup- sugar
200ml- water
METHOD
Grind cashews into a powder using a blender or food processor.
Boil the water and add sugar. Keep stirring till it is thick. Now your chasni ( sugar syrup) of water and sugar is made.
Add cashew powder to the chasni mix until absorbed.
Keep stirring until the mixture is like a thick dough.
Roll the dough into approx 1 cm thick layer in a flat container and let it cool and set.
You can apply the silver wark to decorate the top.
Then cut it diagonally to make pieces and serve.
