Chicken Lasagna

INGREDIENTS:
1 Pack of lasagna oven ready sheets
500g chicken diced
1 onion chopped
1tsp  garlic paste
2  big tomatoes chopped
250g tomato paste (from any super market)
500ml chicken stock (from any super market)
1/2cup broccoli chopped
Oil for cooking
Salt according to your taste

White sauce
3tbs  fine flour ( Maida )
3cups milk
2tbs butter
1/2cup Mozzarella cheese
1/2cup Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste

METHOD:
Heat oil in a pan, fry onions with garlic paste for 2 minutes. Then add chopped tomatoes and cook till they are soft. Add diced chicken to the mix. Cover and cook for 2 minutes. Add broccoli followed by tomato paste, chicken stock and salt according to your taste. Cover and cook till the chicken is done.

For the white sauce:
Melt butter on a slow heat in a pan.
Add flour to it and stir for 2 minutes.
Remove the pan from the heat, then add milk, mix it and then again return to heat and stir it until it is thick and smooth. Add Mozzarella cheese followed by salt and pepper to taste.

Pre heat the oven to 180 deg C.
Grease the baking dish with oil and put 1/2cup of the cooked chicken mix  in it followed by one lasagna sheet and then a layer of white sauce on it. Keep repeating this sequence till the sauces are finished, ending with white sauce on the top.

Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on the top, cover the baking dish with the foil and Bake it in the oven for about 40 minutes.

Serve hot.
