London: UK-based bookie Mazhar Majeed has revealed that besides the suspended trio of Salman Butt, Mohammad Asif and Mohammad Amir, four other Pakistani cricketers are also involved in spot-fixing.
Pakistan's 'Geo News' channel claimed on Tuesday that they had received a fresh video recording of Mazhar Majeed in which he revealed that Umar Akmal, Wahab Riaz, Kamran Akmal and Imran Farhat were the four cricketers, who were on his players and helped him in spot-fixing.
In the same video, Mazhar claimed that senior players like Shahid Afridi, Younus Khan and Abdul Razzaq were not involved in any corruption and were clean while spinner Saeed Ajmal was also a very religious man.
The TV channel said that in the video Mazhar claimed that he only targetted the younger players as he planned for the future and never focused on senior players.
The International Cricket Council (ICC) had provisionally suspended Butt, Asif and Aamir after a sting operation by 'News of the World' showed Majeed claiming that the trio were involved in spot-fixing in the fourth Test against England at Lords.
