A man has been arrested and charged with manslaughter over the death of a three-month-old baby.
The baby was flown to Starship Children's Hospital on 20 March 2021 after suffering life-threatening injuries at a Napier address.
His condition deteriorated and he died three days later.
A 27-year-old man accused of his manslaughter will appear in court in Napier next week.
