The AIA has celebrated Diwali with a Rangoli competition along with the concert (see separate news report).
For nearly 20 years the Radha Krishna Mandir committee has been extremely active and members perform all religious activities such as Pujas, Kathas and Bhajans. On Diwali day Laxmi pooja and special Bhajans were organized.
The Mahila Samaj, another active committee of the association, organized the annual Rangoli competitions for different age groups. The winners of the competition this year were:

3rd - Kareena Padharia
Intermediates : 1st - Dhanisha Patel
2nd - Krishna Patel
3rd - Mira & Jayradha
Seniors : 1st - Ketki & Vishal Patel
2nd - Lata & Vipraben
3rd - Deepika Arunbhai & Bhavna Patel
