Mumbai: Oscar-winning music composer AR Rahman and Bollywood actor Katrina Kaif recently launched ‘Rhyme Skool’ a music CD for kids, in Mumbai.
Katrina has done the commentary in Saregama’s ‘Rhyme Skool’.
“When I was launching this CD I remembered my own childhood. I am very happy that I am playing a part in entertaining the children and it makes me very proud to be associated with this project. The music is simply amazing because it was composed under the guidance of a world renowned music composer like A.R Rahman and his very talented students,” Kat said.
Rahman said it’s not he, but his students who have composed the music in the CD.
“I have not composed the music in this CD. The music has been composed by my students. When they composed the music they waited for my approval and asked my guidance for it. But let me tell you the music was very melodious and I really loved it. I have a lot of expectations from my students and I am confident that even though it is a kid’s music album, the music will loved by people of all age groups. Saregama is a one of its kind’s music company who releases such melodious music for the kids.”
