There are reports emerging in the media that the embattled Green Party Co-Leader had resigned.
It is also reported that the Party is polling as low as 5 per cent in the polls likely to be coming out tonight.
According to many commentators, a dip in the Green Party votes was largely expected after the unscripted emergence of Jacinda Ardern as the Leader of the Labour Party.
Ms Ardern has since then targeted on "left-wing" votes believed to be drifted towards the Green Party resulting in a historic high of 15 per cent in the last polls.
Significantly, those polls have taken a heavy toll on the labour Party, sending Andrew Little into political oblivion.
However, since then, a resurgent Labour Party has regained a lot of lost ground.
But, it remains to be seen tonight if there is any major upheaval among vote shares between National and Labour led coalitions.
More details are awaited.
