Two Lotto players are celebrating a life-changing win after sharing a $25 million jackpot on Saturday night. The pair will each receive $12.75 million, a total that includes an additional $250,000 from Lotto First Division winnings.
The winning numbers drawn were 5, 38, 12, 19, 27 and 30. The bonus ball was 14, and the Powerball number was 3.
According to a report by Stuff, both jackpot winners are based in Auckland and purchased their tickets through the MyLotto app. Meanwhile, two other players also claimed a share of the $250,000 Lotto First Division prize. Their tickets were bought at New World Broadway in Palmerston North and via the MyLotto app in Canterbury.
In addition to the jackpot winners, two players struck Strike Four, splitting a $400,000 prize. Their tickets were purchased at Dominion Superette in Auckland and Kaimanawa Store in Palmerston North, Stuff has reported.
Four more winners each took home $20,746 from Lotto and Powerball Second Division prizes. These winners were located in Waikato, Taranaki, the West Coast, and Ashburton.
According to Stuff, the latest results continue a streak of big wins in 2026, bringing the total number of multi-million dollar Lotto victories this year to eight. Among them is an Auckland player who recently won $4.5 million and plans to use the money to buy a home for his family.
